• Can I purchase all items in-store? Yes, you can view and purchase all items immediately at our store "TEV" (A. Čaka iela 22, Riga). We accept cash and bank cards on-site. If you order online for store pickup, bank transfer is also available.

  • What if an item is shown as "Sold Out" after I add it to my cart? Many of our products are unique, one-of-a-kind artworks. When you click "Add to cart," the item is reserved specifically for you so no one else can purchase it while you complete your order.

  • Where is my shopping cart? On a computer, look for the cart icon on either the left or right side of the screen. On mobile, it appears automatically or at the bottom of the screen after adding an item.

  • I cannot find the item size or invoice! Click on the product image to see the full description and additional photos. The invoice is sent automatically to your email after ordering – please check your SPAM folder just in case.

  • How will I know my order has been shipped? You will receive a tracking code via email once the package is handed to the courier. For store pickups, we will send an invitation email when your order is ready.

  • Color accuracy and pricing: Please note that colors may vary slightly on different screens. Prices in-store and online are generally the same, though some specific promotions may apply only to one or the other.

  • How to use a discount code? Enter the keyword in the "Discount code" box within your shopping cart and click "Submit" to apply the discount.


  • Can I pick up my order today? Yes! If the item is in stock, you can pick it up at our store (A. Čaka iela 22, Riga) within one hour after the order confirmation. A perfect solution for last-minute gifts!

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard rates for popular destinations are listed in the "Delivery" section. If your country is not listed or the package weighs more than 1 kg, please contact us individually for a shipping quote.
