Attālumi līgums

Šis līgums tiek noslēgts tikai starp tiešsaistes tirdzniecības vietnēm www.tevveikals.lv īpašnieku SIA "KULME", reģistrācijas numurs 40203045306, juridiskā adrese: Biķernieku iela 109A-20, Rīga, LV-1039, (turpmāk tekstā Pārdevējs), un Pircēju, veic pasūtījumu un pirkumu tiešsaistes tirdzniecības vietni www.tevve.

Šis distances līgums attiecas uz pirkumiem, ko pircējs veic Pārdevēja mazumtirdzniecības veikalos.

Preču piegādes un apmaksas procedūra

  • Pircējs pasūta preces, aizpildot pasūtījuma veidlapu Pārdevēja tīmekļa vietnē www.tevveikals.lv. Veicot pasūtījumu, Pircējs apņemas sniegt precīzu informāciju un informēt Pārdevēju par visām izmaiņām ne vēlāk kā 24 stundu laikā pēc pasūtījuma saņemšanas. Pasūtījums tiek apstiprināts, rakstot uz e-pastu @inbox.lv. Pircējs ir atbildīgs par datu sniegšanu. Preču piegāde netiek veikta.
  • Pircējs izvēlas apmaksas veidu: samaksu internetbankā, pārskaitījumu ar rēķinu vai preču saņemšanu TEV veikalā Čaka ielā 22 – skaidrā naudā.
  • After placing the order, a manager's response with a prepayment invoice will be sent to the specified email address. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. All prices are indicated with 21% VAT value added tax.

  • If the Buyer chooses to receive the Product with delivery, the Product is reserved until full payment is made (but not longer than three days) and sent to the Buyer. If the Product is not paid for within the specified period, the Order is canceled.
  • If the Buyer chooses to receive the product in person at the TEV store at Čaka street 22 and pay on the spot, the Product is reserved and stored for 3 days after placing the order. If the Buyer does not collect the product within this time, the order is canceled.
  • After payment of the invoice and receipt of funds in the company's settlement account, the goods are delivered. The average delivery time within Latvia is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Product within 2 (two) calendar weeks, as delivery times may vary depending on the Seller's special conditions and the availability of the Product in the warehouse.
  • Delivery time to other countries is according to the terms of the selected courier.
  • The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller fulfills orders on working days, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays – assembly is not performed.
  • The color of the goods shown in the picture may differ from that seen on the screen, but the information provided in the product description is general, so it may not reflect all the features of the product.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer can use the right of refusal stipulated in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller. At the request of the Buyer, the Seller sends the form of the rejection letter to the Buyer by e-mail. In order to avoid disputes, the Buyer must make sure at the time of receiving the Product that it corresponds to the order (name of the product and other relevant parameters). All expenses incurred in connection with returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

In case the Goods are assembled incorrectly, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days by filling out the return form. Courier expenses in this case are covered by the Seller.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller to the addresses specified in the letter of refusal within 14 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer wants to use the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions should be taken into account:

  • Atgriezto preci nedrīkst lietot (ņemot vērā preces specifiku). Ja atgrieztās preces stāvoklis ir pasliktinājies un tas noticis nepareizas uzglabāšanas dēļ, Pircējam nav tiesību izmantot atteikuma tiesības, un Pārdevējs patur tiesības neatgriezt naudu par bojāto preci.
  • Pircējam ir pienākums aizsargāt un nebojāt Preču oriģinālo iepakojumu (ja tāds ir).
  • Pircējam ir pienākums nodrošināt gan kurjera dokumentu par Preču saņemšanu, gan pasta/kurjera dokumentus Preču atgriešanai Pārdevējam.
  • Pasūtītās preces tiek izgatavotas speciāli Pircējam pēc individuāla pasūtījuma;

Iegādāto preču garantija ir spēkā saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likuma (PTAL) noteikumiem. Pārtikas preču garantija ir spēkā līdz derīguma termiņa beigām.


Datu apstrāde

Klientiem, kuri saņems paziņojumus, ir jāsniedz savi personas dati un jāpiekrīt, ka uz viņu norādīto e-pasta adresi tiks sūtīti informatīvi ziņojumi; svarīgi ir maksājumu un piegādes procesi. Klientam ir jāsniedz savi personas dati (vārds, uzvārds, piegādes adrese, tālruņa numurs un e-pasta adrese), jo tie ir svarīgi preču iegādei, piegādei un apmaksai. Pārdevējs apņemas neizpaust pircēja personas datus papildu piegādes uzņēmumiem (turpmāk tekstā - kurjerpakalpojumi), un pircēja dati tiek glabāti saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas (turpmāk tekstā - LV) normatīvajiem aktiem. Visos citos gadījumos pircēja personas dati var tikt izpausti lielākām struktūrām tikai saskaņā ar LV normatīvajos aktos noteikto kārtību. Jūsu dati ir drošībā. Mēs pārvaldām un uzturējam tikai sensitīvu informāciju. Maksājumu karšu dati interneta veikalā netiek saņemti vai glabāti.

Strīdu risināšana

Strīda gadījumā starp Pārdevēju un Pircēju tas tiek risināts sarunu ceļā. Ja strīdu nevar atrisināt sarunu ceļā, tas tiek risināts saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem.

Nobeiguma noteikumi

Pārdevējs nav atbildīgs par pasūtījumu vai citu saistību neizpildi. Šādos apstākļos Pārdevējs centīsies pēc iespējas ātrāk novērst kavējumus. Šo Līgumu regulē Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti. Pircējs apstiprina, ka ir iepazinies ar šiem noteikumiem un apņemas papildinātu līgumu. Jautājumi, kas nav norādīti Pārdevēja noteikumos un nosacījumos, tiek risināti saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem. Pircējs ir informēts, ka Pārdevējam ir tiesības jebkurā laikā vienpusēji grozīt šos Līguma noteikumus.
