Distances līgums
Šis līgums tiek noslēgts tikai starp tiešsaistes tirdzniecības vietnes www.tevveikals.lv īpašnieku SIA "KULME", reģistrācijas numurs 40203045306, juridiskā adrese: Biķernieku iela 109A-20, Rīga, LV-1039, (turpmāk tekstā Pārdevējs), un Pircēju, kurš veic pasūtījumu un pirkumu tiešsaistes tirdzniecības vietnē www.tevveikals.lv.
Šis distances līgums attiecas uz pirkumiem, ko pircējs veic Pārdevēja mazumtirdzniecības veikalos.
Preču piegādes un apmaksas procedūra
- The Buyer orders goods by filling out the order form on the Seller's website www.tevveikals.lv. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information and to inform the Seller of any changes no later than within 24 hours after receiving the order. The order is confirmed by writing to the email @inbox.lv. The Buyer is responsible for providing the data. Delivery of goods is not carried out.
- The Buyer chooses the payment method: payment via internet banking, transfer with invoice, or receipt of goods at the TEV store at Čaka street 22 - in cash.
- After placing the order, a manager's response with a prepayment invoice will be sent to the specified email address. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. All prices are indicated with 21% VAT value added tax.
- If the Buyer chooses to receive the Product with delivery, the Product is reserved until full payment is made (but not longer than three days) and sent to the Buyer. If the Product is not paid for within the specified period, the Order is canceled.
- If the Buyer chooses to receive the product in person at the TEV store at Čaka street 22 and pay on the spot, the Product is reserved and stored for 3 days after placing the order. If the Buyer does not collect the product within this time, the order is canceled.
- After payment of the invoice and receipt of funds in the company's settlement account, the goods are delivered. The average delivery time within Latvia is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver the Product within 2 (two) calendar weeks, as delivery times may vary depending on the Seller's special conditions and the availability of the Product in the warehouse.
- Delivery time to other countries is according to the terms of the selected courier.
- The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller fulfills orders on working days, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays – assembly is not performed.
- The color of the goods shown in the picture may differ from that seen on the screen, but the information provided in the product description is general, so it may not reflect all the features of the product.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer can use the right of refusal stipulated in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller. At the request of the Buyer, the Seller sends the form of the rejection letter to the Buyer by e-mail. In order to avoid disputes, the Buyer must make sure at the time of receiving the Product that it corresponds to the order (name of the product and other relevant parameters). All expenses incurred in connection with returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
In case the Goods are assembled incorrectly, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days by filling out the return form. Courier expenses in this case are covered by the Seller.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller to the addresses specified in the letter of refusal within 14 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer wants to use the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions should be taken into account:
- the returned Product must not be used (taking into account the specifics of the Product). If the condition of the returned Product has deteriorated and it happened due to improper storage, the Buyer does not have the right to exercise the right of refusal and the Seller reserves the right not to return the money for the damaged product.
- The buyer is obliged to protect and not damage the original packaging of the Goods (if any).
- The buyer is obliged to provide both the courier's document for receiving the Goods and the postal/courier documents for returning the Goods to the Seller.
- The ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
The warranty for purchased goods is valid in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (PTAL) of the Republic of Latvia. The warranty for food products is valid until the expiry date.
Data processing
Clients who will receive notifications must provide their personal data and agree that informational messages will be sent to the email address they provide; payment and delivery processes are important. The client must provide their personal data (name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address), as these are important for purchasing, delivery, and payment of goods. The seller undertakes not to disclose the buyer's personal data to additional delivery companies (hereinafter referred to as courier services), and the buyer's data is stored in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia (hereinafter referred to as LV). In all other cases, the buyer's personal data may be disclosed to larger entities only in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory enactments of LV. Your data is safe. We manage and maintain only sensitive information. Payment card data is not received or stored in the online store.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the Seller and the Buyer, it shall be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be settled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Final Provisions
Pārdevējs nav atbildīgs par pasūtījumu vai citu saistību neizpildi. Šādos apstākļos Pārdevējs centīsies pēc iespējas ātrāk novērst kavējumus. Šo Līgumu regulē Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti. Pircējs apstiprina, ka ir iepazinies ar šiem noteikumiem un apņemas papildināt Līgumu. Jautājumi, kas nav norādīti Pārdevēja noteikumos un nosacījumos, tiek risināti saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem. Pircējs ir informēts, ka Pārdevējam ir tiesības jebkurā laikā vienpusēji grozīt šos Līguma noteikumus.
