Custom Orders: Please note that items made to your individual order (e.g., personalized letters or custom souvenirs) cannot be returned.
Condition: The returned item must be unused and undamaged. Please keep the original packaging (if applicable).
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
What to do if the item is incorrect or damaged? We are all human, and if we made a mistake with your order:
Contact us within 14 days.
We will exchange the item for the correct one.
In this case, all courier costs will be covered by us (the Seller).
Warranty All items are covered by the warranty provided by Latvian legislation. For food products – until the expiration date.
