Distance Agreement

This agreement is concluded between the owner of the online store www.tevveikals.lv, SIA "KULME", registration number: 40203045306, legal address: Biķernieku iela 109A-20, Riga, LV-1039 (hereinafter – the Seller), and the Buyer who places an order and makes a purchase on the website. This Distance Agreement applies to all purchases made in the Seller's online store.

1. Ordering and Payment Procedure

The Buyer orders goods by filling out the order form on the Seller's website www.tevveikals.lv. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information and to inform the Seller of any changes no later than 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation.

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

  • Payment Methods: The Buyer can choose between internet banking, bank transfer via invoice, or payment in cash/card upon receiving the goods at the TEV store, Čaka iela 22, Riga.

  • Invoicing: After placing the order, a prepayment invoice will be sent to the specified email address. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. All prices include 21% VAT.

  • Reservation: * If delivery is chosen, the product is reserved for 3 days pending full payment. If payment is not received, the order is canceled.

    • If the "local pickup" option is chosen, the product is reserved for 3 days. If the product is not collected within this time, the order is canceled.

2. Delivery of Goods

  • Goods are delivered after the funds have been received in the Seller's bank account.

  • Delivery Time: The average delivery time within Latvia is 1 to 3 working days. However, the Seller reserves the right to deliver the product within 2 calendar weeks, depending on product availability and special conditions.

  • International Delivery: Delivery times to other countries depend on the terms of the selected courier service.

  • Order Processing: Orders can be placed 24/7, but assembly and fulfillment are carried out only on working days. Assembly is not performed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

  • Product Visuals: The color of the goods in images may slightly differ from the actual product due to screen settings. Product descriptions are general and may not reflect all features.

3. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

  • To initiate a return, the Buyer must send a letter of refusal to the Seller. The Seller will provide a return form upon request.

  • Return Costs: All expenses related to returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • Conditions: The returned product must be unused (considering the specifics of the goods). If the condition of the product has deteriorated due to improper storage or use, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.

  • Packaging: The Buyer is obliged to preserve and not damage the original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Please note that products made to individual specifications or personalized orders cannot be returned.

  • Warranty: The warranty for goods is valid in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. For food products, the warranty is valid until the expiration date.

4. Data Processing

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to provide their personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, and email) for the purpose of order fulfillment, delivery, and payment processing.

  • The Seller undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties, except for delivery services (couriers) as required for order fulfillment.

  • Data is stored in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

  • Payment Security: Payment card data is not received or stored by the online store.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between the Seller and the Buyer shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

6. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms at any time. The Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms before completing the purchase.
