Cake recipe.

Beat 5 eggs, add 70 g of sugar (you can use honey, *we recommend following the taste, because carrots have a natural sweetness), add 60 g of grated butter to the beaten mass (it is imperative to grate the butter, because during baking the pieces of butter create air pockets in the cake, which makes it airier), when everything is evenly mixed, add 1 tsp. of baking powder and 6 tablespoons of carrot powder and mix until smooth, let it stand for a couple of minutes and then mix again. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 - 160 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes.
