Cake recipe:
Beat 5 eggs, add 70 g of sugar (you can use honey, *we recommend following the taste), add 60 g of grated butter to the beaten mass (the butter must be grated, because during baking the pieces of butter create air pockets in the cake, which makes it airier), when everything is evenly mixed, add 1 tsp. of baking powder and 6 tablespoons of beetroot powder and mix until smooth, let it stand for a few minutes and then mix again. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 - 160 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes.
RECOMMENDATION, if you want a less noticeable beetroot taste to the cake. Add blackcurrant powder or some other strong flavor.
