Hand-picked, uncrushed loose chamomile tea from the meadows and forests of Vecpiebalga.
Preparation: 1-2 tsp. of the herb pour
200ml of hot water, leave to infuse
3-15 minutes.
Effect: anti-inflammatory, wound healing and digestive system improving effect. Used as a gentle remedy for sleep disorders.
